Raising Little Humans ♡

Moving to a new home always is a stressfull period in your life. Especially when your have a little human in your life.

Without children you just do the things you think are the most important to fix right away. Without children I would clean the whole house in 2 days, paint in 2 en move in 1 Day. But with my 1 year old daughter my priorities are different.

I first want to fix my daughters room. So before we get the key of our new home, we are going to pick the paint colours for every room. The first day we get the key, we are going to clean our daughters room first. After cleaning we are going to paint her whole room. The day after we are painting a second coat and decide where all her furniture will be.

Next part will be cleaning our bedroom and painting it. When everything is dry in both rooms we will hang up some curtains and put up some decorative winnie the pooh wallstickers. Before the moving day we will make sure her new wardrobe will be built and will move some boxes with clothes there.

Because of some help from our loving family members. We will get a lot of tasks done in one day. My mother in law is good at cleaning and will get the key. So when my partner and I are at work, she will clean in the new house. So after work we can get stuff done to fix up the place.

While planning for a move is stressfull. It helps me to make a lot of lists for every step I have to do. Because I don’t just have a tiny human in my home. We also have furbabies! My 2 cats and my 2 bunnies. They are high up in my priorities list. Stay tuned for my journey to creating new home for our family!
